We're currently closed on Sunday & Monday for wholesale and to recover inventory. Stock up ahead of the weekend and heat your own up from home on Sunday/Monday!
As we settle into our new spot, this is the menu you can plan on. There are new options and items offered daily as we learn our new flow. And now as of January 2025 we're serving hot green chile on the side or as a bowl. YUM YUM!

Come by the shop and check out the take and enjoy freezer immediately to your right. The options are always refilling, selling and changing too. We can most staples in stock as best we can & then you'll also find more options like the egg and sausage, egg, sausage, bacon and no chile options, bean & cheese etc. We'll give you a bage to fill up!
This 9 oz burrito is perfect for hungry teens, commuters, travel tournament weekends, events, staffs, sking, fishing, teams & parties. Pick up frozen and heat yourself for this catch price or contact me for hot & ready sizes and pricing.
Baked: (recommended!)
For best results, preheat oven to 350º and place the burritos on the rack, in the foil. If fresh: Bake for 35 min. If frozen bake for 1 hr, flipping half way through. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 º. Test internal temperature with a probe thermometer & be careful, contents are HOT!
Microwave:
Fresh: 90 sec on high, flip and add addition 30 sec until hot in the center.
Frozen: 90 sec, 30%. Add 30 sec as needed.

These are a great option for quick serving & reordering for those quarterly staff meetings, teacher appreciation week, feeding volunteers at church, school collaboration days! ... I love local foods & farms and each year I stock up on chiles from DiSanti farms in Pueblo, Colorado & LuLu's Farm in Brighton, Colorado. It's a craft. These are canned, predictable chiles,. Sometimes the heat level and flavors vary each week. It's a fun challenge and work of art.
Our pinto beans are Frontier beans from right outside of Greeley, Colorado. For larger catering events, the tortillas and chips are fresh ordered from Raquelita's. This may seem like a fun little grab and go burrito, but it's quite premium and you'll taste the difference!
There's also a taste of love that our burrito family experiences. It's a magical spark of encouragement that somehow makes it into the food! I can't explain, but you'll just have to see for yourself! Whether it's teacher appreciation week, nurses appreciation week, Easter week for worship teams... you'll get a dose of love sent to you as we wrap and prepare.
